Data deletion

Request a review of your stored data

Email support@postbyagent.ai with the subject “Data deletion request”. Describe the login or Business concerned and whether you want to disconnect a social account, remove stored social API data, or delete a Business. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents or payment details.

Requests require manual review; there is no automatic deletion button or automated fulfillment workflow at this stage. A message alone is not authority to delete a Business or another person’s data. Identity and current Owner authority need to be verified against the account’s verified contact information and current Business ownership before a destructive action.

What is separate

• Provider access: you can revoke Google access in Google security settings. Other platforms provide their own connected-app settings. This is separate from asking PostByAgent to remove stored data.
• Uploaded content and records: content you supply is distinct from identifiers, credentials and measurements obtained from a provider. Ordinary thirty-day media cleanup is not a promise that all account or API data expires after thirty days.
• Live social posts: removing PostByAgent data, disconnecting an account or cancelling pending work does not delete content already published on a social platform. Manage that content on the destination platform.
• Backups and unresolved work: recovery copies and uncertain provider submissions need separate handling. We do not promise immediate removal of every copy or claim that an uncertain submission has been cancelled.

Current availability

PostByAgent is prelaunch and customer connections remain closed. Customer access to provider-data erasure and self-service Business deletion is not enabled. Background checks for inactive YouTube data are also not enabled. This page supplies a contact path for manual review; deletion fulfillment and recovery-copy handling still need verification. No platform approval is implied.
