Prelaunch use
These terms cover the PostByAgent website and any invited tests. Customer social connections are not open. The public preview is simulated, and does not publish to your accounts. Features and supported integrations may change while the product is being developed.
Questions about use of the service can be sent to support@postbyagent.ai. No paid customer subscription is offered through this preview; the implemented billing path is sandbox-only.
Your account, agent and content
Only connect accounts and upload content you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content, destinations, captions, visibility and timing you or your authorized agent request. Give agents only the access you intend, and protect your login and agent configuration.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, unauthorized account access or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. PostByAgent processes supplied content to carry out authorized operations; it does not create your content or choose a publishing strategy for you.
Publishing and platform restrictions
Publishing may create a real, publicly visible post when an invited integration is enabled. Check the requested destination and visibility before submitting. Upload acceptance is not proof of publication: inspect the returned outcome and the platform itself.
Editing or cancelling pending work does not guarantee that an in-flight submission stops, and does not remove an already published post. Platform permissions, processing, quotas and review restrictions can limit or delay operations. A successful owned-account test does not establish general customer availability.
Privacy and connected services
The privacy policy describes current data handling. The data-deletion page explains the request channel and its current limits. Customer account-data deletion is not yet available.
Connected services have their own terms. If you use the YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
